Management Team

  Ken Sterling, CEO - Valiant Holdings, Inc.
  Ken founded Valiant after working in the real estate and construction sectors for
  over fifteen years.  Ken's IT background began when he was 12,  he has studied 
  and worked with computers for close to 30 years and he was one of the pilot 
  participants in the Young Scholars Program at the University of California at Santa 
  Barbara.  Ken is currently studying law and he also  studied at Harvard Business 
  School Executive Education.  Ken has also completed the Producer's Track at HFI. 

  Jane Milligan, Senior Vice President - Valiant Management Group
  Jane joined Valiant Management in 1999, prior to Valiant, Jane worked as
  a manager for Amscot Holdings, Inc. and prior to that at Santa Barbara
  Bank & Trust.

  Travis Pananides, Vice President of Legal Affairs
  Travis joined Valiant Group in 2000, he is responsible for all facets of
  Valiant's contracts, negotiations and legal strategy.  Travis holds a B.A.
  in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a J.D.
  from McGeorge School of Law.

  Michael Downs, Vice President - Valiant Development Group
  Michael joined Valiant Development in 2000, bringing with him over 20 years
  of construction experience.
